I've been a patient of Dr. Hashemi for almost 20 years and I've stayed his patient for this time because of trauma I experienced with dentists in my childhood. Back in NC the dentists would tie down your hands...you can only imagine what a trauma this causes as an adult and apparently I have a low tolerance for pain and the it takes a lot to get me numb. Dr. Hashemi was the ONLY doctor who actually cared to sit and listen to my story, to empathize and to help me get over my fears. I no longer want to pass out of fear going to the dentist and they get me fully numb before starting. He and his staff don't "rush" and are super calm and have patience and his prices are really good. My teeth are finally strong and I drive from Woodland Hills to Oxnard just to see him because I don't trust any other dentist. I would follow his practice anywhere in the world. Plus he makes you laugh- what other dentist does that? I am so grateful.
